About the PIS/PASEP Bonus Calculator
The Abono Salarial PIS/PASEP is an annual bonus paid to registered (carteira assinada) workers who earned up to two minimum wages per month during the base year, among other eligibility requirements. The amount is proportional to how many months you worked that year, up to a full minimum wage.
How it works
Bonus = (minimum wage ÷ 12) × months worked in the base year
Work at least 30 days (consecutive or not) in a single month with a registered employer to count that month. Working all 12 months earns the full minimum wage amount.
Assumptions and behaviour
- Uses the 2026 minimum wage of R$1,621 to calculate the bonus.
- Assumes you already meet the core eligibility rules: registered in PIS/PASEP for 5+ years, worked with a formal contract for at least 30 days in the base year, earned up to 2 minimum wages/month on average, and your employer correctly reported you in RAIS/eSocial.
Limitations
- Doesn't verify your eligibility — this only calculates the amount assuming you qualify.
- Doesn't check the payment calendar for your specific birth month.
- Estimates only. Confirm your exact eligibility and amount via the Carteira de Trabalho Digital app or Caixa/Banco do Brasil.
Privacy
The calculation runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
