About the PDF Organiser
This lets you tidy up a PDF the way you'd organise photos — by looking at the pages, not by typing page numbers. Every page becomes a thumbnail you can drag to reorder, rotate, duplicate or delete. Select several pages at once to act on them together, then hit Export to build a brand-new PDF in exactly the order and orientation you arranged. It's ideal for fixing a scanned document whose pages came out shuffled or sideways, dropping blank or unwanted pages, or reordering a report before sending it.
How it works
The PDF is rendered to page thumbnails in your browser with pdf.js, so you can see what you're doing. Your edits — the new order, any rotations, duplicated or removed pages — are tracked as a simple plan; the original file is never changed. When you click Export, the tool rebuilds a fresh PDF with pdf-lib, copying each page from the source in your chosen order and applying rotations, then downloads it. Nothing is uploaded at any point.
Working with pages
- Drag a page to a new position to reorder.
- Rotate turns a page 90° clockwise each click (rotations stack).
- Duplicate inserts a copy of a page right after it.
- Delete removes a page from the export (the original file is untouched).
- Click to select one or more pages, then use the bulk bar to rotate, delete or extract just the selected pages into their own PDF.
Limitations
- It reorders, rotates, duplicates and removes whole pages — it doesn't edit the text or images inside a page.
- Very large PDFs (hundreds of pages) take a moment to render all the thumbnails, since every page is drawn in your browser.
- Interactive form fields and some rare PDF features may not carry over perfectly when the PDF is rebuilt.
- Encrypted/password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
Privacy
Everything happens in your browser — rendering with pdf.js and rebuilding with pdf-lib. Your PDF is never uploaded or stored.
